His Grace Abune Gerima, Bishop of the Gedeo, Kore, and Burji Diocese and member of the Holy Synod, received Muhaze Tibebat Daniel Kibret, Advisor to the Prime Minister on Social Affairs and Chairperson of the EBC Board, at his office. During the visit, His Grace delivered a detailed presentation regarding the historical background and the current developmental activities of the Diocese.
In his briefing, His Grace explained that the primary focus and goal of the Diocese is to elevate the Holy Church to a better level. Accordingly, he noted that the Church is currently undertaking various development projects that benefit the community. However, His Grace presented the challenges and resource limitations encountered in these developmental works to the Honorable Minister.
Following the conclusion of this program, a visit was conducted to the development projects being carried out by the Diocese.
